Director of the National Recruiting Center
Brief overview of your role at ULG Companies
Jake develops, leads, and executes the placement and continued employment of high-level skilled tradesmen, including millwrights, electricians, pipe welders/pipefitters, structural welders, ironworkers, carpenters, and mechanical installers. Specifically, Jake utilizes dynamic internal recruiting processes, maintains relentlessly productive lines of communication, and plays a critical leadership role in the navigation of traveling skilled tradesmen across the country.

What is a unique skill or attribute you bring to the organization?
Jake has the experience and commitment to provide THE manpower solution for any commercial, industrial, or mechanical contractor at the national level. Jake successfully coordinated the placement of skilled tradesmen on assignments such as Amazon and UPS Distribution Centers, large-scale electrical substation builds, commercial and industrial new construction / expansion projects, and numerous heavy industrial shutdowns.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
When Jake is not operating in the pursuit of reliable skilled tradesmen, he is coaching youth sports, traveling, beating his friends in cards.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Super hero! To occasionally roam the streets at night fighting crime and saving the city from dangerous supervillains.
SVP Sales & Business Development
Brief overview of your role at Staffing Resources
My primary role as SVP of Sales and Business Development, is to lead the planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth. Oversee all business development planning, objectives and execution alongside our operations team and other senior leaders.

Customer centric entrepreneurial visionary with the foresight to execute real world solutions to customer challenges.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
Spending time with family, hiking, traveling and attending lots of baseball games.
If you could have any super power, what would it be and why?
If I could teleport or be in multiple places at the same time. Both professionally and personally there’s never enough time.
Vice President Skilled Trades Division
Brief overview of your role at ULG Companies
Greg is responsible for managing all aspects of the Skilled Trades Division. His primary focus is to ensure continued growth for the division and works closely with the sales and recruiting teams daily. Responsibilities include; coaching and mentoring all skilled trades team members, hiring and training new office personnel, implementing and organizing new processes and procedures, opening new markets and branches, client and field employee relations and any other sales and operational needs of the division.

What is a unique skill or attribute you bring to the organization?
Greg has a well-rounded understanding of the staffing industry having filled many roles since joining ULG. Greg started in the industry as Sales Account Manager and worked a full desk doing his own recruiting and sales. As his experience grew, he expanded into other roles including; Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and currently VP of the division. He has opened multiple successful offices for the division and has been an integral piece in the rapid growth of our Skilled Trades vertical.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
While not traveling for work, Greg loves to spend time with his family. Wife Abby of 10 years, and son Dylan, age 8 are his priorities. They enjoy playing with their dog Oliver, family bike rides, golfing, hiking, swimming and taking weekend road trips. Greg enjoys watching most sports, especially golf, football and basketball, if time allows, he’s even been known to make a few birdies on his own from time to time.
VP of National Sales and Business Development Skilled Trades
Brief overview of your role at ULG Companies
As the VP of National Sales and Business Development, my job is to attract new national opportunities while retaining our current clients. I work directly with our National Sales Team and National Recruiting Team to assure that we are delivering the highest service to our employees and clients.

My background includes experience working in the heavy industrial construction field as a pipe fitter and millwright. This experience has made a strong impact on my recruiting and sales performance within the skilled trades staffing industry.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
Outdoor sports and fitness.

Controller
Brief overview of your role at ULG Companies
My role is to support the CFO through managing the finance department with timely and accurate paychecks to our employees as well as monthly financial statements for the organization. I also support initiatives of the CFO of gaining efficiencies to improve our financial position and using analytical data to help manage business decisions of the organization at a local branch level to upper management.
How many years have you been in the industry? I have worked 4 years in the staffing industry with 20 years of experience in public accounting helping business owners in accounting and tax.
What is a unique skill or attribute you bring to the organization? From working with numerous companies while in public accounting I have seen best practices and efficiencies that work within organizations by tailoring them to the specific needs of each organization.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time? I enjoy spending time with my wife and four kids, attending their school and sporting events, family vacations, and home improvement projects.
